Research at Jumbunna

Jumbunna research includes consultation with the Indigenous community to identify research priorities, including engagement with a peer network and a commitment to disseminating research outcomes in a broad and accessible manner that includes publications, briefing papers, submissions, community reports and new media outcomes. Our approach is strongly committed to fostering Indigenous researchers, research capacity and Indigenous driven collaborations.

Jumbunna also publishes two academic journals focusing on Australian Indigenous issues, Ngiya, Talk The Law (which replaces Balayi: Culture, Law & Colonialism) and the Journal of Indigenous Policy.
