Bill is a tutor in the Supplementary Course for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Students
(SCATS). He has been involved in this very successful program for  many years.

Bill teaches communication in the SCATS  Program. Two communication subjects are offered to first-year students in both semesters. He has had wide experience as a lecturer in a number of universities in Australia and has worked as a teacher and consultant in Australia, Malaysia, China and East Africa, mainly in Tanzania.

Another area of interest that Bill has is in the field of cultural exchange. He has organised several cultural exchange tours by Indigenous artists and performers to Uganda,Tanzania, Kenya and the Middle East.
